Main activity: manufacture of other carpentry articles for construction (CNAE 16.22-6-99). No secondary activities are registered.

For the purposes of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, LGPD), the sole proprietor is the controller of the personal data processed when answering quote requests, fabricating and installing carpentry pieces and operating this site.

Data we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone or WhatsApp and the neighborhood or city of the job site, provided through this site's form, by email or by phone.
• Job site data: site address, dimensions of openings and pieces, photos and drawings sent by the customer or taken during the measurement visit.
• Billing data: full name or company name, CPF or CNPJ and address, required for approved quotes, receipts and invoices.
• Supplier data: business contacts and payment details of those who supply wood, hardware and services to the workshop.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, logged by the hosting provider for security reasons.

The contact form on this site stores nothing on a server: it opens the visitor's own email program with the message filled in, and the message is sent from that email account.

Purposes

• Answering quote requests and scheduling the measurement visit;
• Designing, fabricating, delivering and installing the pieces ordered;
• Issuing quotes, receipts and invoices and tracking payments;
• Keeping in touch about the progress of an order or a warranty claim;
• Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations;
• Protecting the site and systems against unauthorized access.

Sharing

• Transport and installation: the customer's name, site address and phone number may be passed to whoever handles delivery or assists with installation, solely to carry out the service;
• Accounting and support services: the accounting firm, the site's hosting provider and the email provider, all bound by confidentiality;
• Public authorities: where required by law, tax rules or an order from a competent authority.

No other sharing takes place without a legal basis or the data subject's consent.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be set by the hosting infrastructure for security and performance. Blocking cookies in your browser does not prevent you from using the site or contacting the workshop.

Retention

• Quotes not approved: for as long as needed to reply and for the customer's possible follow-up;
• Completed orders: for the duration of the piece's warranty and for the tax and accounting periods, generally 5 years;
• Supplier data: during the business relationship and for the legal periods;
• Consent: until it is withdrawn, where consent is the legal basis.

Once these periods end, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you may request:

• Confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
• Portability of your data to another provider;
• Information on the parties your data has been shared with;
• Withdrawal of consent and deletion of data processed on that basis;
• Objection to processing you consider non-compliant.

Security

• Encrypted connection (HTTPS) on every page of the site;
• Email and order files accessible only to the business owner and to those he authorizes, each with an individual password;
• Paper records of quotes and measurements kept at the workshop, out of reach of third parties;
• Periodic review of these practices.

Incidents that may pose a relevant risk to data subjects will be reported to the ANPD and to those affected within the legal deadline.

International transfers and external links

Data is processed in Brazil. Hosting and email services may keep copies on servers outside the country; in that case the transfer goes to providers that offer an adequate level of protection or is covered by contractual clauses provided for in the LGPD. Links to third-party pages, where they exist, are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

Changes

This policy may be revised to reflect changes in the law or in the way the workshop operates. The date of the last revision appears at the top of the page, and the version published here is always the one in force.
